Apologies to all customers, the website was down due to technical issues which have now been resolved, all paid orders were processed as normal some order may experience 24 hour delay in dispatch, the website is now fully functional again and business resumed as normal. Thank you

The expected delivery time for any location is now 28 days, deliveries will still arrive in usual time, but customers are to allow 28 days for delivery.
Shipping policy and options will also be changing in the next upcoming weeks, please be sure to check back to see if changes have been made. Thank you

24/02/2010: No communication is to be sent through the payment gateway !

Any messages sent through the payment gateway will simply be deleted, they will NOT be read, they will NOT be replied to, it is asked in confirmation email that communication is NOT sent through the gateway. Up until now i have still replied to messages but due to the actions of a few this will now stop and no messages sent through the payment gateway will be read or replied to. 20/01/2010: 20th-22nd Order Dispatch Delay and VERY Limited service and communication

Any orders placed or paid for from NOW till Friday 22nd January 2009 will be delayed in dispatch.

Payment requests for card payments will also be delayed

10/01/2010: 20th-22nd Order Dispatch Delay and Limited service and communication

Any orders placed or paid for from Wednesday the 20th January 2009 to Friday 22nd January 2009 will be delayed in dispatch.
Orders will be dispatched Saturday 23rd if possible, Monday the 25th at the latest,
Orders placed from Saturday onwards will be dispatched as usual.

During the 20th-22nd communication will be very limited, there may be a delay in response to emails and also delays in payment request being sent to customers (please allow up to 72 hours for payment requests or reply to emails, most cases will be within 24 hours as usual)
